About the role
Most athletes who sign up here have never sold anything in their lives. This role is the difference between an account that earns and an account that goes quiet: onboarding talent, getting their first offering listed, and staying with them until money actually moves. It is part coaching, part account management, and entirely about whether somebody who joined in March is still earning in October.
What you will do
Onboard new talent — profile, offerings, payouts — and get them to a first sale rather than a finished profile. Run group sessions and one-to-one calls on pricing, disclosure and what brands actually want. Watch the accounts that go quiet and reach them before they churn. Turn the questions you hear five times a week into a resource in the library, so the sixth person does not need you. Work with compliance when a minor, a guardian or a state rule is involved.
What we are looking for
Two or more years in customer success, coaching, athlete services or account management. Able to explain a contract, a tax form and a disclosure threshold to an eighteen-year-old without condescending. Organized enough to carry a book of two hundred relationships and still notice the one that stopped opening emails. Experience in college or high-school athletics is a strong advantage.
