IP Vault
IP Vault public log
Every IP Vault record is a leaf in an append-only Merkle tree, hashed the way Certificate Transparency logs are (RFC 6962). Once a day we publish the tree's size and root hash here. A record's page shows its inclusion proof against one of these roots, which anyone can recompute in the browser.
The log isn't available yet.
Machine-readable: /api/v1/ip/log/heads, /api/v1/ip/log/head/<day> and /api/v1/ip/log/proof/<record code>.
An IP Vault record is proof that you had this at a certain time: a fingerprint of the file or description, and the time we received it, kept in an append-only history.
It is not a trademark or copyright registration, and it does not by itself stop anyone from using what you recorded. Registration is how you get legal rights.
