In detail

Contributions count directly or indirectly, including through an affiliated company or a family member. NIL deals with associated individuals face the same valid-business-purpose and range-of-compensation review in NIL Go as deals with associated entities.

Frequently asked questions

Does a big donor count as an associated individual?

Yes, if they have given more than $50,000 over their lifetime to the school or to an associated entity.
