In detail

A matchmaker that only connects the sponsor and athlete, without handling payment, is not a facilitator and does not need to be named in the NIL Go submission. Facilitators are also checked for association with the athlete's school.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to list the agency that introduced me to a brand?

Not if it only made the introduction. A company that pays you on the sponsor's behalf is a facilitator and must be identified.
