What is NIL Go?

NIL Go is the online clearinghouse, run by the College Sports Commission, where NCAA Division I athletes report third-party NIL deals worth $600 or more and the deals are reviewed for associated status, valid business purpose and range of compensation.

In detail

Deals must be reported within five business days of signing or agreeing to payment terms. NIL Go launched on June 11, 2025 and returns one of three results: cleared, not cleared, or flagged for additional review.
